2013 Staff Retreat: Great by Choice!

Now it's a great time of the year, for us to summarize our success, reflect on challenges, and plan for our next three years. This year's Jun 25 and 26 were CTL staff's wonderful retreat days.

Feeling ambitious about our mission to serve as a community hub for teaching and learning, we had some very resourceful discussions.

Our leadership development and team building were guided by the work done by Joe Zolner, Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Jim Collins and Morten Hansen's "Great by Choice" book engaged us in serious thinking and discussion about how to succeed in a world of chaos and great uncertainty.

Hopefully, we will become greater by choice!

Last but not least, we enjoyed reflecting on past year's success and challenges with serving USD community.
